While there are no strict guidelines to prepare for your treatment, our therapists do have a list of best-practice suggestions:

 If you can, try to avoid eating or drinking 2 hours before your colonic (although drinking water or fresh juice is ok:)

        Most clients can go back to normal activities, but you may also choose to rest for the remainder of the day :)

 
Please arrive on time for your visit.

There is a gap between appointments to allow us to thoroughly disinfect all interacted surfaces between clients. 

Come Relaxed and Ready to Release :)

The speculum used during your session, is single use and disposable.

Disposable shorts will be provided for your comfort.
 

  Our Colon Hydrotherapist will use a medical-grade disinfectant in the treatment room and the client washroom between client visits.

 We regularly deep clean after-hours, with heightened attention to high-touch surfaces and the treatment area.

 Our equipment will be sanitized between clients.
